We were formed in January 2005. As of September 2010 we have: Rescued, spayed / neutered over 600 cats and kittens Found new permanent homes for over 460 adoptable cats and kittens Released over 140 feral cats into appropriate new surroundings. Found loving homes for over 14 dogs and 2 horses. We are currently looking for someone to foster dogs/puppies to enlarge our efforts to help the homeless canine population.r We are a California Non-Profit 501(c)(3) organization. We have no executive salaries and receive no government funding. Every dollar donated goes directly to rescuing homeless and abandoned companion animals in our community and providing spay/neuter programs to the public.
